Vanessa Briseno, PA-C, is a dedicated NCCPA certified Physician Assistant based in Oakland, CA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbial Biology from the esteemed University of California, Berkeley, in 2017. Following this, Vanessa gained valuable experience as a medical assistant at the Dermatology Center of the East Bay, fostering her deep-seated passion for dermatology.

Furthering her education, Vanessa successfully completed the Physician Assistant program at Weill Cornell Medicine, graduating with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023. During her tenure at PA school, she completed elective rotations in prominent fields, including dermatology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and the burn intensive care unit at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Currently, Vanessa practices both medical and cosmetic dermatology in partnership with Dr. Julia Graves. Vanessa is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to all of her patients. Beyond her professional pursuits, Vanessa finds joy in quality time with family and friends, exploring her passion for travel, photography, and embracing the outdoors through hiking.
